Maintaining high service and hospitality standards. Addressing guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Processing payments and following all cash-handling procedures. Managing guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism. Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and loyalty programs. Communicating guest feedback to departments and management.
