Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, top-quality service to our guests at all times.
• Efficiently check guests in and out with a warm and friendly approach.
• Manage guest mail and messages in line with hotel procedures.
• Build in-depth knowledge of hotel staff, room types, rates, amenities, and sales strategies.
• Take reservation requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Answer calls with proper telephone etiquette, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate room assignments and manage special requests effectively.
• Monitor room availability and support AGM and GM in managing occupancy and restrictions.
• Handle guest safe deposits with care, following established guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk area.
• Be fully trained in emergency and security procedures to ensure guest safety.
