Concord Hospitality and Winston Hospitality are recruiting for a Director of Sales at the AC/Element San Antonio Riverwalk.
Responsibilities
:• Effectively lead department in providing the highest quality of service to customer at all times
.• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
.• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
.• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
.• Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations, etc
.• Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan
.• Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadline
.
Qualification
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Prior Director of Sales Experience (5 years) in the hospitality industry.
• Sales experience in downtown markets and Marriott experience.
• Catering experience & full-service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to harness financial and competitive data to inform decisions.
• Previous history of having motivated and guided a sales team to success.

Pay range: $102,610 - $128,000
