Description
The Divisional Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing our e-commerce business presence, driving topline e-commerce revenue and for providing high-quality support for complex full-service assets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a set of full-services properties and outlets as Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for the ecommerce strategy and brand.com performance for those properties. Triage focus hotels and outlets to stabilize and lift performance as needed.
- Utilize brand marketing systems effectively, while staying abreast of industry trends through proactive participation in brand resources (newsletters, webinars, etc.). Process management and optimization, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Execute digital market audits and assessments across key digital channels. Ensure that digital content and collateral are aligned with brand standards and requirements.
- Provide search engine optimization and content optimization across key digital channels.
- Create, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns and modify campaigns based on ROI analysis. Report out on performance of digital campaigns and efforts.
- Analyze performance, execute digital market audits and assessment across key digital channel assuring digital content and collateral are aligned with brand standards. Provide reporting on digital efforts.
Requirements:
- BS degree and at least 7 years experience in digital or marketing strategy.
- Hospitality Marketing ecommerce with major hospitality brands or full-service properties experience preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of concepts and strategies in digital marketing and hospitality marketing.
- Able to process data and ability to provide written and oral feedback.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
