Responsibilities
- Direct the smooth and profitable running of the hotel as a Resident Manager or General Manager who lives on-site.

- Hire, motivate, and reward a talented team while supporting the company's mission statement and cornerstones.
- Liaise with the hotel brand, owners, and facilitate a successful business operation by providing brand training, meeting operational deadlines, and following guidelines.
