Custodian Team Leader, 2nd shift - Ellen Garrison Building @ CMS - INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY

INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY This position serves as the team leader for the second shift at the Ellen Garrison Building at Concord Middle School. In addition to the duties of a building service worker, the lead building service worker will provide leadership on a shift that the building service supervisor is not assigned. Additional duties may be assigned to a team leader under normal industrial practices. Duties include cleaning all aspects of a school building and the appropriate operation and maintenance of equipment. The building services worker will have a basic knowledge of the trades including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure that appropriate work orders for repairs are generated. The successful candidate will have the ability to interact positively with students, staff, parents and community members. Basic computer skills and a high school diploma are required.
