- Valid Massachusetts vehicle inspector license
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and electrical systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection findings
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain inspection results to vehicle owners
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with the regulations and standards set by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation
- Previous experience as a vehicle inspector is preferred, but not required
