As the Intercompany & Treasury Accountant you'll be responsible for interfacing with global Concord Finance teams to help oversee intercompany related activities, global cash management activities, cash management forecasting and reporting. Additionally, this position will oversee implementation of formalized cash management procedures considering debt facility and organizational requirements. This position works under close/direct supervision of the Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Develop a process to execute monthly global intercompany settlements.
- Prepare global cash positioning and forecasting to ensure liquidity for daily operations and merger & acquisition requirements.
- Prepare rolling and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Assist with development and implementation of Corporate Treasury Accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
- Assist with Treasury Management functions including preparation of cash transfers, wires and other transactions as well as summarization of the daily cash positions.
- Interface regularly with international Finance and Accounting teams.
- Assist the Corporate Controller with debt obligation and covenant reporting.
- Assist with the compilation of information needed to satisfy quarterly reporting requirements related to our Asset Backed Securitization structure.
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or other related discipline required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPA preferred
- At least 2 years previous experience as an accountant, international reporting experience a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with ability to produce financial models
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills required
