KIDZ BOP Marketing Coordinator
you'll work closely and collaboratively with the KIDZ BOP Label marketing team on all day-to-day tasks. In this role, the Coordinator will also support the President, COO and entire KIDZ BOP team on administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-pasted environment.Responsibilities
What you'll do : Marketing Duties : Work collaboratively with the KIDZ BOP marketing department to assist in myriad day-to-day tasksKeep marketing team organized and assist on all projects & partnershipsEnsure all global KIDZ BOP marketing materials remain current (i.e. one sheets, media kits, etc.)Assist in creation of any weekly and / or monthly KIDZ BOP marketing, press, and social reports and updatesSpearhead organization of all of marketing, press and collateral material files and physical storageHelp conduct / manage any research projects required by the departmentInventory, store, track and dispatch wardrobe pieces to shoots and eventsResponsible for annual live concert tour ticket inventory and needs for VIP tour guestsManage merch requests for influencers, partners, giveaways, etc.Manage fan mail and general email info accountsProvide support at select KIDZ BOP live concerts and promotional & PR eventsAdministrative Duties : Conduct daily administrative duties for executive team and marketing departmentSchedule and organize all department & team meetingsComplete expense reportsHandle requests and queries appropriatelyMaintain comprehensive and accurate recordsDevelop and carry out an efficient filing systemSubmit Purchase Orders for team, handle all invoice communication, track invoicesReconcile marketing and media credit card reports monthlyBook and coordinate occasional travel & conferences itinerariesQualifications
What you’ll need : Ideal candidate has relevant internship and / or 1 year experience in brand, marketing and public relations, record label, artist management or related entertainment fieldProactivity and self-directionMust be highly organized and detail orientatedExceptional time management skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite, and social media channelsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsEagerness to learn, meticulous attention to detail and strong organization, excellent time management habitsSuccessful candidate is a resourceful self-starter who can work on multiple projects simultaneouslyDiscretion and confidentialitySalary Range : $48,000 - 55,000
