- Hospital Size: Our 179-bed hospital provides a comprehensive range of services and specialties
- EMR: We utilize the EPIC electronic medical records system for seamless communication and coordination among healthcare teams
- Total Program: With 16 FTE positions, our anesthesia department is a critical component of our hospital's operations
- Points of Service: Our CRNAs work at 10 different locations within the hospital and surrounding community
- Call Coverage: A dedicated team of 1 MD and 1 CRNA are available on call for nights and weekends, providing flexibility and peace of mind for our patients
- Supervision Model: CRNAs have the autonomy to perform epidurals and obstetric anesthesia if they have the necessary training and experience
- Shifts:
- Day Shift: Our standard day shift runs from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Call: Weekend and weekday call shifts are available, including 24-hour call options
- Specialties Covered: Our CRNAs handle a wide range of cases, including general surgery, endoscopy, obstetrics and gynecology, podiatry, urology, ENT, orthopedics, and ortho-trauma
- No Hearts, No Heads, Limited Peds: While we don't typically handle heart or head cases, our CRNAs do work on limited pediatric cases
- Epidurals: Optional for CRNAs, who may choose to perform epidural anesthesia if they have the necessary training and experience
- Hourly Rate: CRNAs can earn up to $225 per hour
- Call Pay:
- $400 for 16-hour calls
- $350 for 12-hour calls
- 24-hour call options are available
- Active License Required: Candidates must have an active nursing license in good standing
- Credentialing Timeframe: The credentialing process typically takes 90 days
