Position Details :
- Shift Type : 10-hour shifts (11 : 00 AM 9 : 00 PM)
- Weekend Coverage : Required
- Autonomous Work : Yes (Physician on-site for consultation)
- Average Patient Volume : 20 per shift
- Facility Size : 25-bed Emergency Department
- Annual ED Volume : 20,000 visits
- Trauma Level : Provisional Level IV
- EHR System : Cerner
- Admission Rate from ED : 8%
- ED Transfer Rate : 2%
- Support Staff : 1 full-time NP, 2 PRN PAs
Emergency Department & Facility Details :
Hospitalist or ED Physician writes admission orders
