Key Role: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our Radiology team in a flexible, part-time capacity.
About the Position
This role is based onsite in Winchester, KY, and requires working one week per month (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). The position focuses on performing procedures in the radiology department, with no RVU requirement associated.
Responsibilities
- Perform various radiology procedures, including:
- Fluoroscopy procedures (e.g. BE, UGI, Mod BAS, SMB)
- Paracentesis and Thoracentesis
- Chest Tube Placements
- CT Biopsy (kidney, bone, liver, lung, etc.)
- US Biopsy / Aspiration (excluding breast)
- Myelograms and Spinal Punctures
- Arthrograms (hip, shoulder, wrist, knee)
- Fluoroscopy-guided Aspirations
- CT-guided Drain Tube Placements
- Fluoroscopy-guided G-Tube Placements
- Tunnel Caths and Trialysis Caths
- Utilize Powerscribe 4.0 for documentation
Requirements
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Experience: Experience in performing the above radiology procedures preferred
- Certification: Applicable certifications as required for the NP or PA role
- Ability to work one week per month, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
