We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Returns & Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This role involves processing product returns in our internal system , printing shipping labels, and providing general assistance to the Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process product returns in the internal system accurately and efficiently
- Print shipping labels and ensure correct documentation is attached to outbound parcels
- Assist with inventory updates and tracking returned goods
- Support the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day tasks and operations
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate with other departments when necessary to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (label printing, system entry, etc.)
- Ability to follow procedures and pay attention to detail
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a team and take direction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
