Duties
- Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Manage calendars for appointments and meetings, ensuring all scheduling is organized and efficient.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Greet visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and assistance as needed.
- Assist with dental receptionist tasks if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment confirmations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support team members with various administrative projects as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in phone systems and strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational abilities with experience in file management.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools to coordinate schedules effectively.
