This position responsible for the positive development of all aspects the offense line of a NCAA Division II football program and for strengthening of athletes.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duty/Responsibility
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the positive development of all aspects the offense line of a NCAA Division II football program.
- Develop a competitive offense linemen, recruit quality student athletes of good character, be committed to student athlete academic success, and have excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Strict adherence to NCAA Division II and MEC rules is required

Required Skills
- Five to ten years of progressively responsible collegiate coaching experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting and motivating quality student athletes.
- Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, as well as the demonstrated ability to adhere to such regulations
- Basic computer skills.
