Seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a full-time staff member in Charleston, WV. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the evaluation process of child welfare training programs, collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, and using findings to improve future training programs for child welfare professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, relevant work experience, and expertise in public child welfare programs.
This position requires knowledge of Title IV-E regulations, research and evaluation methodologies, and database management to support programmatic and operational goals

Duties and Responsibilities
Duty/Responsibility
- Conduct annual assessments and ongoing evaluations of child welfare training programs.
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting training impacts and feedback.
- Manage and ensure compliance of training records with federal and state requirements.

Education/Knowledge
Minimum Education
Master's
Required Licenses/Certification
- Master degree in social work (MSW) or a related field with at least three (3) years of experience in public child welfare programs.
- OR Bachelor degree with at least five (5) years of experience in public child welfare programs.
Required Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Title IV-E regulations.
- Proficiency in research and evaluation methodologies.
- Expertise in database management and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
