As a Director of Salesforce Technology, Delivery, and Pre-Sales you will lead the strategic implementation of Salesforce solutions, oversee delivery execution with a global team, and contribute to business development by supporting pre-sales activities. This role combines deep technical expertise, delivery leadership, and client-facing engagement to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a certified Salesforce professional with strong experience managing global delivery teams, ensuring project success, and supporting pre-sales efforts with impactful proposals and presentations.

 

Key Responsibilities

1- Salesforce Strategy & Implementation:

  • Oversee the adoption, optimization, and customization of Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service & Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
  • Align Salesforce solutions with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems for smooth data flows and operations.

 

2- Delivery Leadership:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage global delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration across time zones.
  • Define delivery frameworks and enforce best practices for project execution, governance, and quality assurance.
  • Proactively address project risks and resolve delivery challenges to ensure successful outcomes.

 

3- Pre-Sales Support & Business Development:

  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to design tailored Salesforce solutions for client needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitch decks, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
  • Serve as the technical expert in pre-sales meetings, showcasing Salesforce capabilities and value propositions.
  • Support RFP responses and contribute to solution strategies that drive business growth.

 

4- AI & Data Innovation:

  • Utilize Salesforce Einstein and other AI tools for predictive analytics and workflow automation.
  • Implement Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and generate actionable insights.
  • Leverage data to drive decision-making and improve customer experiences.

 

5- Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and delivery specialists.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Define team goals, track performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

 

6- Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and results to executive leadership and clients.

 

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in IT or technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in Salesforce-focused delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing global delivery teams and successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • Experience in pre-sales, including creating pitch decks, technical proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Expertise in AI technologies such as Salesforce Einstein and machine learning applications.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Strong ability to manage global, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex delivery projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

 

Certifications (Plus):

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Data Architect or AI Specialist (a strong plus)

  • Location: Remote US (Travel to the client side as needed)
