Concord Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 72-bed, all private suite, skilled nursing facility (SNF) located 15 minutes northeast of Cleveland, OH in Lake County. Opened at the end of 2016, Concord Village is a beautiful facility situated on a shared modern campus with UH Hospital. This award winning facility has great CMS ratings and is Joint Commission Accredited.
The successful candidate:
Director of Nursing (DON) must have a current valid Registered Nurse license, and several years of clinical nursing management experience. Previous experience as Director of Nursing in a SNF is preferred or 2-3 years of administrative nurse manager experience. The DON candidate must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration.
The position of Director of Nursing will have primary responsibility for administering and coordinating clinical services. The position will directly supervise nurse managers and be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility.
