As the Music Insights Analyst , you'll be reporting directly to the VP of Data Analytics & Research, the Data Analyst will work closely with Music Insights teams for Concord Musics diverse group of frontline labels (Loma Vista Recordings, Fantasy Records, Rounder Records, Fearless Records, Easy Eye Sound and Concord Jazz Records) around the globe. This role will be the main data storyteller by constructing data sets to analyze information, identify trends, and inform stakeholder decision making. This position will work in conjunction with the commercial & marketing departments, as well as our individual label partners to build and develop insights tools to find and grow our artists brands.
Responsibilities : What youll do :
- Discover, track, and analyze developing songs and artists using data-driven methods.
- Develop and update statistical models and metrics to aid in artist discovery, evaluation, and performance forecasting.
- Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and internal data applications.
- Use internal and external data sources to perform detailed research and analysis on Concords artists, releases, and marketplace trends.
- Continually drive to improve all processes and outputs of the data & insights team
- Drive data communication & overall story to internal Label Teams
- Work with Commerce, Marketing, and Digital teams to understand department needs and provide insights.

Salary Range : $62,000 - 82,500
