Overview :
As Director of Public Funding, you will be responsible for securing all sources of public funding for Concordance. By building trusting relationships with various government stakeholders, you will secure grants and achievement-based contracts with local, state, and federal governments.
Your role will involve :
- Refining and refreshing Concordance’s public funding strategy to ensure alignment with our goals and targeted outcomes
- Identifying, pursuing, and securing various sources of public funding, including grants and performance-based contracts at all levels of government
- Building collaborative, trusting relationships with government stakeholders and lobbyists to secure public funding mechanisms
- Collaborating with the Development Coordinator to submit grant proposals, manage the grant application process, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines
- Monitoring policies and legislation that may impact Concordance
- Overseeing data management related to public funding
- Tracking public funding success, using data to improve upon public funding strategies
