We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full time Systems Support Coordinator in our Tiffin, OH location. The primary role of a Systems Support Coordinator is installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware, software faults, solve technical and application problems. This position will work within first-line or second-line support and must understand how information systems are used as applying technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software.
Essential Functions:
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose/troubleshoot computers and network problems to solve hardware/software faults and repair accordingly.
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Set up new users’ accounts, profiles, workstations and deal with password issues.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Communicate with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
- Travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Associate's Degree in Systems Software or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
