Job Summary

General Responsibilities
- Design and implement a fencing curriculum tailored to the students' skill levels and interests.
- Lead fencing sessions focusing on fundamentals, advanced techniques, strategy, and safety.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
- Assess students' fencing skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other instructors and program coordinators to integrate the fencing curriculum into broader educational offerings.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and skill development.
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and stakeholders regarding student progress and updates on the program.
- Ensure that all fencing equipment is properly set up, maintained, and stored after each session.
Major Duties
