Job Title: Valorant Esports Coach (Part Time)
Description: Concorde Education is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced esports professional to supervise all aspects of a school Valorant esports program, including instruction, coaching, and managing of teams.
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching, teaching, and/or counselor experience
- Extensive knowledge of esports, including but not limited general strategies, team building, skill building, and competition strategies
- Extensive experience and credentials in Valorant
- Knowledge of middle and high school level esports rules and regulations
- Video editing for practice and match performance review
- Strong organizational skills, especially regarding practice planning and managing the logistics of tournaments and league development
- Ability to work collaboratively with students
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Must be able to organize and facilitate multiple practices per week
