Concordia at Bethlen is seeking a full time Non-Certified Nursing Assistants to work the all shifts along with opportunities for advancement into a MedTech career!
Entry level friendly and paid on the job training!
Competitive wages up to $20.50/hour (and increases with MedTech certification/we recognize seniority and experience) with shift differentials for the afternoon and midnight shifts
$2,000 retention bonus for qualifying full-time non- certified nursing assistants and $1,000 retention bonus for qualifying part-time non-certified nursing assistants.

Responsibilities of a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant include but not limited to:
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
- Documenting the care that was provided
- Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
- Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
Qualifications of a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Direct Care Certification - we pay you to obtain this!
