We are looking for a summer lawncare worker to join our grounds crew here at Concordia at Cabot! As a member of our grounds crew, you will be responsible for regular lawncare and maintaining equipment on the campus. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors. Paid on-the-job training as needed. At the end of the season, employees can stay on for weekends and holiday work as needed.

- Compassionate and polite attitude with residents
- Prior knowledge of operating various equipment and power tools is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and follow direction given by the Grounds Supervisor
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition
- Mowing
- Mulching
- Planting
- Pruning
- Minor repairs to external structures
- Spring and fall clean-ups
