Concordia at Weatherwood is currently looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated LPNs to join our Personal Care team!
As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the residents and facilitating clinical leadership and mentorship with the residents and staff.
Concordia at Weatherwood is seeking a full or part-time LPN for the afternoon shift.
Competitive LPN wages (we pay more for experience!) $1.50/hour shift differential for the afternoon shift is offered and an additional $.50/hour for all weekend shifts.
Retention bonus of $4,000 for a full-time position and $2,000 for a part time position.

- Administering medication
- Completing accurate and timely resident assessments
- Completing timely and accurate documentation
- Coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident's physician
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Pennsylvania licensure in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse
