Position Overview:

As the Director of Fiber and OSP, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our fiber optic and Outside Plant (OSP) networks. This leadership position requires a forward-thinking individual who can drive growth, maintain network quality, and lead a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for expanding our fiber optic and OSP networks.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure network reliability and performance through proactive maintenance and monitoring.

• Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for Fiber and OSP operations, optimizing resources.

• Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support network expansion.

• Optimize the existing OSP infrastructure to support a positive customer experience.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 

• 8 years of telecom experience with a focus on fiber optics and OSP.

• Proven leadership in telecommunications.

• Strong knowledge of fiber optic network design, installation, and maintenance.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
