Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the system, troubleshooting issues, providing user support, configuring system settings, managing upgrades, assisting with data integrations, and helping to build and optimize the system. This role requires collaboration with cross-functions teams to enhance ERP capabilities, ensuring the system evolves to meet business needs effectively.
Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the ERP system to meet business requirements, including system workflows, reports, user roles, and customizations.
- Provide ongoing support for ERP users, resolve technical issues and answer inquiries related to system functionality, and provide guidance on data entry and usage.
- Collaborate with project managers cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, HR, IT) to gather, manipulate, and clean data for input into the ERP system.
- Assist in building and optimizing the ERP system to align with evolving business processes and objectives.
- Manage system updates, upgrades, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and execute testing plans for system changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system uptime and efficiency.
- Support ERP data integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow across organization.
- Leverage Salesforce and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) for data entry and integration with ERP system.
- Train end-users on system functionality and best practices, providing user documentation as needed.
- Maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor system security and manage user access controls to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of business data.
- Identify and address system inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement solutions to optimize the ERP environment.
- Work closely with internal teams to assist in business process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
- Stay current with new features, updates, and best practices in ERP systems, offering recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a ERP Administrator or in a similar role, managing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, user management, and data integrations.
- Proficient with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) for data entry and integrations.
- Strong skills in data manipulation and cleaning, with experience working with project managers to gather and prepare data for the ERP system.
- Experience with SQL database management, and writing queries to support system analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, support, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring tools and techniques to ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and project in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP system security protocols, including user roles, permissions, and data integrity measures.
