Concordia Wireless is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrator to lead installation and integration projects across the Midwest region (75% travel required). Join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality telecommunications solutions to our clients.
Pay Range: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a crew of 2–3 members, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot radio equipment, fiber optics, and power systems.
- Conduct commissioning and integration of BTS equipment, including software updates and performance testing.
- Handle conduit routing, panel wiring, grounding, and steel/concrete platform installations.
- Perform safety training, enforce safety standards, and foster a culture of safe work practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fieldwork with a strong technical background.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights using ladders, roof hatches, and catwalks.
- Proficiency in tools like drills, saws, and sweep gear.
- Completion of OSHA, CPR, and RF safety certifications (or willingness to complete).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
