Project Coordinator
Concordia is seeking an onsite A&E Coordinator to support the Engineering and site acquisition teams with procurement, and construction related tasks.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of related experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle pressure very well and understands that our company handles multiple projects per day. We are an established company that is growing. We are always looking to add positive, forward thinking individuals who possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Pay Range : $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Responsibilities :
Communicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs.Maintaining project data in company's database.Coordinating with Project Managers on project start dates and status of permits for jobs.Overseeing the permit process for commercial install jobs across the country.Arranging for payment for permits in a timely manner.Tracking open permits and report progress to Project Managers.Coordinating the final inspections of jobs as required.Requesting COs and surety bonds for permits and business licensesArranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary.Supports Project Managers for assigned projectsCreates and updates the project schedules from mid-stage development through engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projectsAdministers the RFP process for long lead procurement and EPC servicesReviews and collaboratively edits project contractual documents and exhibitsFinds technical solutions for the project teamProvides project information for project stake holders and manages the document control process for assigned projectsLeads construct ability reviews and other project engineering and construction meetings with in-house staffPerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
