QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Five (5) years nursing experience required
- Two (2) years hospice experience with a strong knowledge of hospice regulatory standards required
- Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and quality programs specific to hospice
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) that facilitate staff education related to quality outcomes and expectations
- Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
