Are you looking for a flexible job opportunity with a growing, stable company?! Concordia Nurse Aides have 8-hour shifts, benefits for Full-Time Employees and no set scrub uniforms!!! Afternoon shifts get $2.50/hr.  and Nights $1.50 hr. shift differential ON TOP OF base rate. If eligible for benefits and do not need or want them, get an additional $1.50/hour. Pay is up to $24/hour based on experience   Qualifications: Successful completion of a State Tested Nurse Aide training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required. Ability to understand and follow instructions, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, transfers, transports, escorts and exercising Gives treatments, performs tests, carries our procedures, and collects specimens as instructed. Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests and procedures and specimens when indicated. Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly. Maintains safe and sanitary work stations and equipment. Encourages independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs, and rehabilitation. Encourages restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence. Commits to high ethical standards and complies with the Code of Conduct, state and federal regulations, accreditation standards and Concordia policies and procedures.
