Concordia at Bethlen is seeking an energetic and dynamic Admissions Director for Skilled Nursing, part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in beautiful Ligonier, PA.

The Admissions Director is responsible for coordinating all skilled nursing admissions including reviewing referrals, screening for appropriate placement, and managing wait list and pre-admission data. As a part of the Interdisciplinary Team, this leadership position focuses on meeting or exceeding occupancy and case mix goals. Communication and relationship skills are essential to this position for internal team members, prospective residents and families, as well as key referral sources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Commitment to serving the senior population in a progressive health care environment
Microsoft office and Point Click Care EMR proficiency strongly preferred
