Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Start the New Year off as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). As a CNA, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia. Certified Nursing Assistants receive paid on-the-job training and flexible shifts available. Starting wage is $20/hour and $1.50/hour shift differentials offered for afternoon and midnight shifts and $1.00/hour shift differential for all weekend shifts.  Full-time and part-time positions for the afternoon and midnight shifts are available and include an every other weekend rotation. We offer a $2,000 retention bonus for full-time CNA's and a $1,000 retention bonus for part-time Certified Nursing Assistants! Qualifications of Certified Nursing Assistants: Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide training program Current Nurse Aide license from Pennsylvania in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities: Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, Assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning, Documenting the care provided Providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book Answering resident call bells and responding to needs promptly.
