We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to ensure continuous compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Core responsibilities of the Compliance Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Facilitating effective communication
Supporting compliance activities to ensure ongoing readiness for surveys and audits
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Auditing contracts, policies and procedures regularly to ensure compliance
Meeting coordination scheduling, prep and minute recording
Requirements of a Compliance Specialist:
Bachelor's degree with concentrations in business or related fields preferred, Associates degree with concentrations in business or related fields considered with experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and experience with contract/document review
