Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Part-time WEEKDAYS ONLY! **Eligible for $2000 Retention Bonus** Currently Seeking Part-Time LPN’s for: 6P-10P Monday through Friday (2) 6A-630P shifts per week, (no weekends) Come Join Our Team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible providing high quality care for the residents here at Concordia at Bethlen. License/Certification: LPN (Required) Pay: $29-31 per hour based on experience $1.50/hr shift differential for afternoon shift hours (6P-10P) Qualifications: Dedicated to providing high quality care Caring and compassionate Graduate of an approved school of nursing Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse Demonstration of leadership ability Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Works wells with people Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administers medications Follows and updates care plans Completes accurate, complete, timely, legible documentation Follows physician orders and communicates changes as needed Communicates with residents and families Shift to shift report Supervises Nurse Aide care Assists Nurse Aides in providing direct care Provides treatments and procedures Concordia at Bethlen has been in the business of caring for over 100 years!
