What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Concordia Lutheran Ministries and Affiliates?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the residents here at Concordia.
Responsibilities of an LPN include but are not limited to:
Administering medication, completing accurate and timely resident assessments
Documenting, coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident’s physician.
Duties include supervising the care provided on the units and providing resident care, treatment, and procedures.
Demonstration of leadership ability and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competitive starting wages of $29.25 per hour - we pay more for experience! Shift differentials of $1.50/hour for afternoons and midnight shifts and $1.00/hour for all weekend shifts.
Full-time and part-time positions available and include a weekend rotation.
Retention bonus of $4,000 for a full-time position and $2,000 for a part time position.
Eligible employees who work at least 28 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary.
Qualifications of an LPN:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
