What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse- Personal Care position at Concordia Lutheran Ministries and Affiliates?
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible providing high quality care for the residents here at Concordia. Responsibilities include but not limited to administering medication, completing accurate and timely resident assessments, documentation, coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident’s physician. Duties include supervising the care provided on the units and providing resident care, treatment, and procedures. The licensed practical nurse must demonstrate leadership ability and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Daylight Shifts Available!
LPN Starting Rate: $30.50 $1.50/hr shift differential $1.50/hr weekend premium
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
