Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking Full-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs) to cover territories in our Northern or Southern service areas! No weekends, no holidays, no on call!

Many people are surprised by the number and variety of health care services that are available in the home setting. Concordia Visiting Nurses employs nurses, therapists, and many other health care professionals to foster recovery, rehabilitation, and health education.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) is a licensed health care provider who collaborates with the Clinical Team in implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care for appropriateness to each individual patient’s needs to ensure the highest quality of healthcare is delivered. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital).

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTIONERS (CNRP):
Current CRNP license in the state of Pennsylvania
2-3 years’ experience in patient care required
Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
Current CPR certification
Solid computer skills, including Word
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
Knowledgeable of agency policies, both federal and state regulations and third-party payers
