As a Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Ridgewood. Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting residents with eating, drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning and documenting the care that was provided to each individual resident. Duties include completing over the counter treatments as instructed and answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
Entry level friendly - paid on the job training. Starting wage is $18.00 / hour and $1.00 shift differentials offered for afternoon, midnight and weekend shifts worked. Full time, part time and casual positions are available and include weekend shifts. $2500.00 SIGN ON BONUS for FT and $1500.00 for PT.
Eligible employees who work at least 24 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary. Speak to HR rep for more details.
Qualifications :
Minimum : High School Diploma or GED
18 Years of age or older
