Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a full time Occupational Therapists are needed to cover multiple areas in Butler County, Allegheny County, Clarion County, Westmoreland County, and Armstrong County. Allowing you to work close to your home.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist [OTR/L] is a registered and licensed qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited Program of Occupational Therapy
Registered with the National Board of Occupational Therapy
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
One-year clinical experience in physical disabilities as a registered occupational therapist. Two years’ experience recommended
Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established in personnel policies
