Part-Time Groundskeeper

We are looking for a part-time groundskeeper to join our summer grounds crew here at Concordia at Cabot! As a groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and equipment on the campus. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors. Paid on-the-job training as needed. At the end of the season, employees can stay on for weekends and holiday work as needed. Groundskeeper Qualifications: Compassionate and understanding attitude with residents Prior knowledge of operating various equipment and power tools is a plus! Ability to work independently and follow direction given by the Grounds Supervisor Groundskeeping Responsibilities: Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition Mowing Mulching Planting Pruning Minor repairs to external structures Spring and fall clean-ups Why Work for Us?
