Concordia Home Health of Bethlen is hiring a part-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join its growing home health team for the Mt Pleasant and surrounding service area.
Your patients, your schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Some weekends, evenings and holidays are required.

Physical Therapist to Patient Ratio - 1:1
QUALIFICATIONS for the Physical Therapist:
Graduate of a state approved school of physical therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Minimum of 6 months acute care or rehabilitation center experience. Outpatient therapy experience may be considered if practice included medical/surgical patients
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a car with insurance limits as established in personnel policies
