Concordia Hospice of Washington is a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System that offers both quality home care and inpatient hospice end-of-life care. Concordia Hospice of Washington serves our patients in Washington and Greene counties with the focus to provide services that offer comfort, peace, and dignity for those with incurable illnesses and for their families. Concordia Hopsice of Washington is seeking a Hospice Aide to care for and serve our patients in our IN PATIENT UNIT located in Washington, PA.
We have a full time position available and may require overnight and daylight shifts.
