What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care - Food Service Aide position at Concordia Lutheran Ministries?
Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. Mix of 6:30a-3p and 11a-7p. Every other weekend off.
As a Food Service Aide, you will have the responsibility to ensure that high quality food and food service is provided to our residents. This position assists the other food service staff with preparation, cooking, and baking. Responsibilities include keeping a clean and sanitary work area and equipment and reviewing work orders and menus.
Entry level friendly paid on-the-job training. Starting wage is $16.30/hour plus $1/hour more on the weekends. If you are detail oriented and enjoy working with food then this is the perfect job for you! Paid on-the-job training and flexible shifts available.
Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
