The Scheduler is responsible for preparing a nursing staff schedule to assure we maintain at all times the highest degree of resident care. The Scheduler also provides various support duties for the nursing department.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Florida CNA license
- Computer experience and ability to use various software packages
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to do multiple tasks amongst interruptions
- Healthcare experience preferred including knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare policies/procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, inspectors
