Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing questions and concerns with respect and thoughtfulness.
- Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.
- Follow established guidelines while serving in the main dining room and at special functions.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Uphold high standards of customer service when interacting with staff, residents, families, and guests.
- Ensure all dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Follow safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues and management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or long-term care dining environment preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
