Senior Living Community Dining Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Create an enjoyable dining experience by serving meals promptly, bussing tables efficiently, and resetting tables daily.
• Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals and maintain a positive rapport with residents.

Requirements:

• Experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or long-term care dining environment preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
