Essential Job Functions
- Oversees delivery of requirements and business solutions that support employer election and worker enrollment.
- Responsible for planning and overseeing the delivery of the program objectives & goals, including off-cycle, standard, and late employer elections / worker enrollment.
- Responsible for determining the deliverables, establishing parameters and deadlines, and standard procedures and processes.
- Develops and executes on cross-functional and organization-wide communications to ensure robust and relevant awareness and collaborations are occurring on an on-going basis.
- Responsible for creating a manner for continuous reporting and monitoring across cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met with the desired results.
- Serve as a liaison to stakeholders to ensure project schedules across multiple departments are in concert.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of open enrollment processes and regulations and enhancements and tools (CRSP, ACRs,).
- Responsible for the use of KPIs and the creation and maintenance of dashboards to ensure proper awareness and management of deliverables.
- Drives continues improvement in the election, enrollment and withdrawal states utilizing planning, accountability and retrospective tools.
- Coordinates the implementation of new products and services with existing employers and end users and on-boarding of new employer customers.
- Ensures documented compliant execution of employer election, open enrollment and off-cycle and late election enrollment.
- Develops understanding of the benefit administration system (BAS) (MAP & Compass), Infor and Data Warehouse.
- Partners with IT to support the business owner perspective and obtain business user input on benefit solutions. open Items, enhancements and Open Enrollment tools.
- In partnership with business and IT resources, communicates business requirements into system changes.
- Manage in conjunction with business owners the BAS BRDs.
- Provide input on system design, process improvements, and education for external users.
- Provide design requirements for enrollment forms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in previous roles.
- Demonstrated experience and detailed understanding of employer benefits, preferred.
- Experience with HR/Benefits Administration Software.
