What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for various essential tasks, primarily focusing on maintaining low-voltage systems throughout the building. Here's what you can expect:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including low-voltage electrical work, carpentry, drywall, painting, and more.
- Plan and manage material orders for ongoing maintenance and construction projects.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and avoid equipment failures.
- Keep low-voltage systems, like cameras and security systems, in top shape. This includes installation, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Program security systems, handle card readers, and cameras, and manage access control. Maintain accurate wiring diagrams and ensure the system's security and functionality.

Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and low-voltage systems, with a desire to work safely and efficiently. Here's what we're seeking:
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and estimating materials for projects.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of related experience.
